Our mission is not to standardize, but to reveal:

Our intimate hotels are ideally located on the French Atlantic coast and the Spanish Mediterranean coast, near inspiring landscapes and lively places.

A Family Story

Almaya Boutique Hotels was born from the vision of Ludovic Bréant, an entrepreneur passionate about real estate and hospitality for over 30 years.

After founding several companies – one of which was publicly listed – and navigating the 2008 crisis, Ludovic chose to dedicate his energy to meaningful projects. Joined by his wife Valérie and three of his children, he founded Almaya Boutique Hotels with the desire to offer a more human, more embodied, more unique hospitality experience.

A visionary and builder, Ludovic guides the development of Almaya Boutique Hotels with high standards and benevolence. His seasoned entrepreneurial journey is combined with a deep quest for meaning, to make Almaya a group that is attentive to humanity and beauty.

Artistic Director

Valérie Bréant

Guardian of the hotels’ soul, Valérie conceives and oversees every interior design. Her sensitive eye for materials, light, and energies creates unique atmospheres, imbued with gentleness and harmony.

Administrative and Financial Director

Marie-Laure Dubois

Present since the beginning, Marie-Laure structures and manages the group’s operations with rigor and clarity. Her loyalty and organizational skills ensure Almaya’s stability and longevity.

Bréant

Head of Hotel Sales and Marketing, he oversees renovations and openings. Involved both on the ground and in strategy, he ensures the group’s consistency and operational excellence.

Simon
Bréant

Involved in his own real estate operations, Simon is the group’s developer. He explores new places to reinvent, while respecting the soul of each project.

Katy

Katy is one of the original team members. She oversees treasury, payments, and accounting. Thorough and methodical, she ensures the group’s financial stability.
